PC-TEL Net ftp

This is the network version, capable of managing calls made by a network of call centers or a network of similar devices supporting CDR. Allows system administrator to cost account every call center in the network, allocating charge of inside network calls, to the center made the call.

Designed to support huge telecom applications.

In unified PBX Network:

In unified PBX network, offers the possibility to take advantage of CDR centrally, allocating calls to the person who made the call at any network point.

For e.g. assume that someone wants to call 2130-999999 from Kalamata’s office. Since 2310 exists in the private network, the call center routes the call through the center that assumes 2310 is a local call.

This method named “list cost routing” integrates interconnection of private network with public network in a very cost efficient way.

There is a demand for call allocation in this application, since interurban calls are being charged as urban.

In no-unified PBX network:

In no-unified PBX network, there are three ways of installing PC-TEL net ftp:

a.       Installing a local PC-TEL Server, that centralizes and costs CDRs in real time, allowing administrator to access and transfer data to central PC-TEL Server

b.       Installing PC-TEL CDR Buffer in every site, forwarding CDR automatically when reaches 80% of memory capacity. This method is suggested for unified PBX network where no option to re-direct CDR to master PBX is available

c.       In large applications, storage and transfer media are used, compatible with most data transfer protocols. Batch procedure is used for cost account, while all data is registered in a relational database
